Managed WAN (Current)

 

The LONI Network offers a partially managed (soon to be complete turnkey) Wide Area Network made available through OTM’s Catalog of Services. The LONI Network offers statewide broadband Metro-Ethernet services as the transport of first choice and when not available or cost prohibitive, then traditional digital narrowband circuits are the second choice. This service will be discontinued over the next 24-months in favor for the adopted model.

 

 

Service Costs

The cost for either transport service is available through OTM’s website or by making a request for a service estimate from Lonnie Leger. Currently there is no additional cost for this service to LONI Network participants. The LONI Network provides a consolidated billing for this service.

Managed WAN (Adopted)

 

The LONI Network will offer a complete turnkey Wide Area Network made available through OTM’s Catalog of Services. The service will include remote monitoring capability, configuration management, QoS management and performance management. This service is a required complement to the WAN Equipment Rental. This service is required to maintain a homogenous WAN delivery on top of the LONI Network but at the same time offering a flexible, heterogeneous transport. The LONI Network offers statewide broadband Metro-Ethernet services as the transport of first choice and when not available or cost prohibitive then traditional digital narrowband circuits are the second choice.

 

 

Service Costs

The cost for either transport service is available through OTM’s website or by making a request for a service estimate from Lonnie Leger. The cost for this managed service is $25 monthly per WAN interface. The LONI Network provides a consolidated billing for this service.
